Senior Operations Service Agent (m/f/d)

What you can expect

You plan and process transport requests, you handle and follow up on customer enquiries.

You answer price requests and enter them into the system.

You ensure the service promise of Sovereign Speed in the daily business.

You ensure the satisfaction of the clients and independently develop solutions for occurring problems.

What makes you excellent

Experienced in freight forwarding / transport

Able to express in Dutch/English. French/German is a strong plus

Customer orientated, proactive and efficient communicant with our internal / external stakeholders

Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities

Team player and positive personality, Ambitious, result driven and ‘can do’ mentality,

Reactivity and stress management during peaks of activity
