ICTS Europe is a leading international security solutions group operating in over 90 locations in 22 countries. With a robust infrastructure in place, including presence at all major European airports, ICTS Europe is ideally positioned to support both national and pan-European services.

Our History
ICTS Europe’s origins date back to the establishment of modern Aviation Security concepts in the early 1980s, when the company was formed as ICTS – International Consultants on Targeted Security.

In 1999, ICTS Europe was incorporated as a separate company and quickly developed a strong presence within the Aviation Security sector, introducing professional concepts and service solutions that later became industry benchmarks.

In 2002, ICTS Europe was acquired by Fraport AG, the owner and operator of Frankfurt Airport. In the ensuing years ICTS Europe acquired a broad customer base, with over 250 international clients and expanded geographically across Europe, Africa and Asia. Leveraging on its aviation security experience, ICTS Europe extended its inherent skill sets and experiences into the General Security arena and the Maritime, Critical Infrastructure, and Corporate sectors.

In 2008, ICTS Europe was acquired by Management and Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, a leading Germany-based private equity company, listed on the German stock exchange.

In 2013, ICTS Europe became part of Groupe Sofinord, a family-owned business support group that specialises in the provision of customer services and business logistics services. ICTS Europe’s geographical footprint and security focus complement Groupe Sofinord’s portfolio and are aligned with the Sofinord service ethos. As part of Groupe Sofinord, ICTS Europe has a sound financial structure and a long-term strategy of growth and business development.

Omschrijving takenpakket
Assistentie van onderstaande taken ism de officemanager:
• de opstelling en de opvolging van de facturen;
• de opvolging van de budgetten;
• de inkomende en uitgaande communicatie (telefoon, e-mail, post, fax) beheren;
• Je organiseert en neemt notules van besprekingen en vergaderingen;
• Je werkt memo’s, brieven, verslagen en rapporten uit;

• het onthaal van de bezoekers;
• Rapporteringen;
• de facility (uniformen, kantoormaterialen,...)


Assistentie van onderstaande taken ism het HR team:

• administratieve ondersteuning in de voorbereiding van de loonsverwerking en de opvolging van afwezigheden, ziektes, vakanties, arbeidsongevallen, etc.
