As a United Airlines Customer Service Representative (CSR) you can play an important role in making passengers appreciate the quality of service offered by United. The positive interactions that CSRs have with passengers at the ticket counter, gate, baggage services, or red carpet rooms will have a direct positive impact on the company.

  • The Airport Operations department keeps operations at our airports running smoothly through planning, organization and supervision.
  • Help United passengers reach their destinations, with a smile.
  • The United CSR (Airport Operations / Cargo) is responsible for assisting in all aspects airport processes, both operational and administrative.

Work areas include but are not limited to check in, departure gates, baggage area, and platform, and when necessary service recovery and complaint resolution are also part of the portfolio.



  • Must have successfully finished Secondary Level Education or obtained a High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An all rounded individual who is willing to learn new skills and be flexible to different duties
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Fluency in Flemish (written and spoken)
  • This is a part time position
  • Must be able to work during day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays; mandatory overtime may be required based on operational needs
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well lift and handle baggage
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Belgium/EU for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position


  • Fluency in other European languages (written and spoken)
  • Previous airport operations/airline experience
  • Previous customer service experience
