Customer Service & Inside Sales, location Brussels, is positioned within Cargo Sales & Distribution Market BeNeLux and represents 5 operating carriers. Job description: Customer Service & Inside Sales is the first point of entry to our customers and acts as a spider in the web between the customer and our organization throughout the network. As a coordinator you will focus on increasing customer satisfaction by customizing the processes and have a proactive approach towards the customers. You will functionally steer the day to day activities of Customer Service and Inside Sales. You have the following Key Result Areas : relationship management, short term sales, taking and processing orders, track & trace activities and after sales. You will also act as a coach and steer your colleagues when new procedures are introduced. Part of your job will be to also actively participate in mid – and long term projects to further develop the (worldwide) Customer Service processes.
